Bilingual Account English - Spanish

You will be part of the Dutch Finance department but working from Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona). How cool!

At our head office in Sant Just Desvern you will work together with your colleagues from MS Mode who takes over the accountancy of Spain, France, Belgium and Luxemburg, which is part of the same group. Together with your Finance team you will work for the entire financial administration!

Within that team, you are responsible for the correct and timely processing of all incoming invoices relating to the general costs of the head office and stores of MS Mode in the Netherlands.

What will you do, among other things: - Collect and received invoices by mail and post;

• Booking the invoices on the correct general ledger account and cost center and ensure timely approvals of budget holders;

• Monitoring and answering questions / reminders of creditors Booking of periodic advance payments according to the specifications received from the Head of Accounting and Controllers; - Checking and working on credit card specifications.

Experience and compentence

• You have a completed education at least AD level in the direction of Finance;

• You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience as an accounts payable administrator;

• You can work independently as well as in a team;

• You can communicate in English; Spanish is not mandatory our team speaks English!!

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office

• Knowledge and experience SAP is an advantage.
