Finance Administrator

📍 Location: Sant Just Desvern | Hours: 40 | Hybrid

Are you our new Finance / Accounts payable administrator, ready to strengthen the financial heart of MS Mode?

We’re looking for an accurate, eager, and enthusiastic colleague who gets energy from numbers, payments, and international collaboration.

About the role

As a Finance / Accounts payable administrator, you are an essential link within our Finance team. You ensure that all cost creditors invoices are processed smoothly and accurately according to our internal standard in line with our reporting structure.

You’ll gain great insight into the financial flows within MS Mode, giving you a clear view of what’s happening throughout our organization.

You’ll work closely with your Finance colleagues, the Controlling team and the Budget holders of the organization. You’ll have regular contact with Dutch and European suppliers. This makes the role both varied and challenging!

Your key responsibilities

• Handle cost creditors invoices in our AP automation software;

• Follow all supplier questions in coordination with the organisation’s budget holder;

• Support ad hoc Finance tasks when needed.

   

What you bring

• A solid grounding in accounting is mandatory;

• 2 years of work experience, or for example two internships of six months each;

• Strong command of English (required);

• Dutch is a plus, as you’ll join a Dutch-speaking team;

• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook;

• Experience with Medius (AP automation software) and SAP (ERP) is a plus;

• You work accurately, have strong numerical insight, and a keen eye for detail;

• You’re flexible, a true team player, and open to thinking beyond your own tasks.
