Finance Administrator

📍 Location: Sant Just Desvern | Hours: 40 | Hybrid

Are you our new Finance / Accounts payable administrator, ready to strengthen the financial heart of MS Mode?

We’re looking for an accurate, eager, and enthusiastic colleague who gets energy from numbers, payments, and international collaboration.

About the role:

 As a Financial Accounts payable administrator, you’ll be a key link within our Finance team. You’ll ensure that invoices are processed accurately and on time in accordance with our internal guidelines and reporting structure.

In this role, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the financial flows within MS Mode. This will give you a clear picture of what’s happening within the organization and allow you to see firsthand how your work contributes to our day-to-day operations.

You’ll work closely with your colleagues in Finance, the Controlling team, and budget managers from various departments. You’ll also be in regular contact with Dutch and European suppliers. This makes the position not only varied but also offers plenty of opportunities to develop yourself!

Your key responsibilities:

• Collecting and processing invoices received via email and mail in our AP software tool;

• Posting invoices to the correct general ledger account and cost center;

• Ensuring that invoices are approved in a timely manner by budget managers;

• Monitoring and responding to inquiries and payment reminders from vendors;

• Reviewing and processing credit card statements;

• Identifying and resolving discrepancies within the invoicing and payment process;

• Maintaining contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders;

• Supporting the Finance team with various administrative and ad hoc tasks.

What you bring

• A solid grounding in accounting is mandatory;

• 2 years of work experience, or for example two internships of six months each;

• Strong command of English (required);

• Dutch is a plus, as you’ll join a Dutch-speaking team;

• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook;

• Experience with Medius (AP automation software) and SAP (ERP) is a plus;

• You work accurately, have strong numerical insight, and a keen eye for detail;

• You’re flexible, a true team player, and open to thinking beyond your own tasks.
