📍 Location: Sant Just Desvern | Hours: 40 | Hybrid

Are you our new Accounts payable accountant, ready to strengthen the financial department?

We’re looking for an accurate, eager, and enthusiastic colleague who gets energy from numbers, payments, and international collaboration.

About the role:

As a Accounts payable accountant, you are an essential link within our Finance team. You ensure that all payments and invoices are processed smoothly and accurately.

You will be located at our head office in Sant Just Desvern so you will work together with your colleagues from MS Mode who takes over the accountancy of Spain, France, Belgium and Luxemburg, which is part of the same group. Together with your Finance team you will work for the entire financial administration!

What will you do, among other things: - Collect and received invoices by mail and post;

• Booking the invoices on the correct general ledger account and cost center and ensure timely approvals of budget holders;

• Bank Processing;

• Other general accounting tasks.

Experience and competence

• You have a completed education at least AD level in the direction of Finance;

• You have at least 2 year of relevant work experience as an accounts payable;

• You can work independently as well as in a team;

• You can communicate in English; Spanish is not mandatory our team speaks English!!

• Dutch is a plus, but not required;

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office

• Knowledge and experience SAP is an advantage.
